Return Conditions
- The trial period of 14 days after receipt of the item(s) has not yet expired
- Item(s) is/are unworn (fitting is of course possible)
- Item(s) is/are undamaged
- Item(s) is/are provided with attached labels and/or stickers
- Item(s) is/are if possible packed in original packaging with accompanying warranty certificates and instructions for use
- Item(s) is/are provided with any gift items that you received with the order
According to the Belgian law on market practices and consumer protection of 06 / 04 / 2010, you have a cooling-off period of 14 working days for all products purchased from Terra Vita Shop. This period starts at the time of receipt by you or on your behalf. During the cooling-off period, we expect you to handle the products and packaging with care. There is no right of withdrawal if the product and packaging are no longer in original, complete and undamaged condition. For returning the order, the return costs are for your account. We will credit the amount within 14 days.
If you wish to make use of the right of renunciation, you must make this known in writing within the set 14 working days from the day following the delivery of the product. There is no penalty associated with renunciation of the purchase and this can be done without stating the reasons. The products must be returned undamaged (in original condition and packaging) at the latest within 14 working days after receipt, the shipping date serves as a check.
All accompanying documentation, warranty certificates and packaging materials must be included with the return shipment, as well as your bank account number. The direct costs for the return are for the by the buyer. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments are always refused and returned to sender. The Terra Vita company will refund you the full purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the products to the account number you provided.
Are there any costs associated with the return?
Returns are without obligation within the trial period of 14 days. We will refund the full purchase amount. Note: the return shipping costs are for your own account. However, you are liable for products that are damaged in such a way or contain signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to establish the function, characteristics or nature of the product. We reserve the right to charge costs for this.
How do I return?
You return your order with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. We therefore always advise you to carefully open the shipping box and original packing, so that you can use it again to return the order.
Until when can I return the product?
You have the right to return the product within a period of 14 days without reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the product(s).
How and when do I get my money back?
After you have submitted the return request, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the original transaction was made. This will in any case happen within 14 days.
Why do I have to pay the return costs myself and is it not free?
Our products are made with care and they cover great distances. We have chosen to offer the products for the lowest possible price instead of charging return costs in the pricing (free returns do not exist). We also want to burden the environment as little as possible, so we don't want to make returns too easy. So only buy the products that make you feel really good! Of course we understand if you are not satisfied once.
