WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep", is a powerful meditation technique and a form of guided relaxation. It is a state between waking and sleeping, where you remain fully aware and deeply relaxed. This practice helps to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, enhance creativity, and promote overall well-being. Unlike typical meditation, Yoga Nidra involves lying down comfortably and being guided through various stages of relaxation, making it accessible for everyone.

 

SESSION FOCUS

Each of our five sessions will have a unique focus designed to help you deepen your practice and enhance your relaxation and mindfulness.

Session 2 (July 17): Deepening Awareness

Session 3 (July 24): Exploring Inner Space

Session 4 (July 31): Advanced Body and Sensation Awareness

Session 5 (August 7): Integration and Deep Exploration

Practical Information:

- Location: Terra Vita - Steenvoordestraat 36, Watou
- Welcome and Arrival: Doors open at 18:45
- Materials Provided: Yoga mats, blankets, eye pillows will be available for you to use.
- Session Start: Sessions begin promptly at 19:00
- Duration: Each session lasts for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Closing: After each session, we offer a cup of tea and a short chat for those who wish to stay and share their experiences or ask questions.

The sessions will be conducted in English.
