Shipping Conditions
Free shipping from € 55,- within Belgium and the Netherlands. For amounts under € 55,-, we use a shipping price of € 5,90.
Free shipping from € 79,- elsewhere in Europe. For amounts under € 79,-, the shipping price is € 11,90.
All our packages are sent safely and quickly via Bpost, DPD or PostNL. After your order is shipped, you will immediately receive a message and you can follow the package with the tracking code.
Our products all have a unique delivery time. In the unlikely event of a longer delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can, of course, cancel free of charge, if it isn't shipped yet. For products, in stock the following applies: ordered before 14:00 on working days, shipped the same day. This way your package starts it's journey immediately. Our delivery companies Bpost, DPD, and PostNL do their best to deliver packages as quickly as possible.

What is the estimated shipping time in the rest of Europe?
Parcels will be delivered by our delivery service with delivery usually within 7 working days.
Pickup
If you wish to collect your package, please select "Pickup after Appointment!" while going through the checkout, you will then receive an email with all the details.
Note that pickups are made by appointement in Watou (Belgium).
