Odor:
fresh, typically eucalyptus, camphor, with an undertone of isovalerian aldehyde
Usage:
The classic eucalyptus. Gives more breath, stimulates the expulsion of mucus. Increases concentration and supports logical thinking. Eucalyptus has a stimulating effect on burnout, combats confusion and calms during anger attacks. The wild eucalyptus contains 80 to 85% 1,8-cineole, the bio-eucalyptus 70 to 75%. The effect is the same, the smell is different.
Facts:
Often, ""Chinese"" eucalyptus is sold as Eucalyptus globulus. This oil is not distilled from eucalyptus leaf, but is a fraction of the camphor oil. You will not find this inferior quality at Sjankara BVBA.
Attention:
Avoid spraying in babies, for them Eucalyptus smithii is more appropriate. Do not spray in the presence of asthmatics. Hyssop decumbens is more appropriate for them. Massage: always use macadamia oil as a carrier. Otherwise the main substance, 1,8-cineole, will not or hardly be ADOPT through the skin.
