Pillow mist is intended to aromatize your bedding. The essential oils used are known as oils that promote sleep. You use this spray as a room spray, you can spray it directly above your pillow or your duvet, but also just throughout the bedroom.
TEST before using the spray on your bedding to ensure no stains remain. Especially if you have satin bedding!
