How to use it?
The most common way to use your Shakti Mat is in bed before bed. It’s easy to sneak into your bedtime routine, whether that’s with a book or your favorite show. Just 20 minutes, lying down, under your covers is all you need to get started!

Which mat to choose?
Choosing a Shakti Mat involves more than just the colour. There are 3 levels to help you achieve all the benefits of acupressure:
-If you’re curious about acupressure and like to grit your teeth for a reward, then the Shakti Mat Original is our favourite to start with. Effectively focused on restoring the body, in the same way as a deep tissue massage. A perfect balance of challenge and reward.
-If you’re not quite ready for the full Shakti leap into the deep end, start with the Shakti Mat Light. This Mat has all the needles, but without the 'extra sharpness', resulting in a softer Shakti experience.
- If you'd rather join the Shakti masters, then the Shakti Mat Advanced is for you. Think of a combination of a hot sauna and a cold plunge... Only for the bravest among us, but definitely worth the reward when you're ready for the next step!
