Prasiolite or green amethyst is formed by heating amethyst. This can happen naturally, for example during a volcanic eruption, but most often it is a synthetically processed stone. Prasiolite builds a bridge between the purifying light energy from above and the nourishing energy of the earth, between the upper and lower chakras and between heart and soul.
