This yoga book is suitable for every yoga practitioner, beginners and advanced, regardless of the style they practice. For each yoga posture, the image and meaning, as well as the practical implementation, are described. Both basic postures and advanced postures are worked out. The yoga postures are arranged per chakra and explained in their context to the chakra. The sensations and qualities of consciousness to be developed are explained for each chakra. All exercises are illustrated by: very nice photos shown.
The author provides contents and thoughts with which the yoga postures can be consciously designed. By shaping the postures from thoughts, new soul qualities and sensations are developed. These are then artistically expressed in the āsana.
“An āsana, a physical exercise, reveals the specifically developed thoughts and feelings and also communicates them to the outside world.” – Heinz Grill

About the author
Heinz Grill is a spiritual teacher. Over the last 35 years, he has developed important contributions from his spiritual research to the development of a 'new yoga will'. The description 'a new yoga will' originally comes from Rudolf Steiner. Nowadays, mental development requires the sensory and thought-forming process. This allows new connecting soul qualities and sensations to be born in humans. This development cannot happen purely from the breathing process and the energies obtained from it.
